I then went to the higher up security officer, but he also said that their rules changed because they were a different shift!!!

I then went to the hotel manager - he apologized to me and told the security guards to accept the police report as an ID.

The security team at this location stinks and need to be replaced as they treat the hotel guests and casino players very badly. Date of stay: December Value.

The location was perfect as you can just walk across the street and you are at the Freemont Street Experience. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was thoroughly clean when we arrived. Will definitely stay again. Date of stay: December Location.

I came for Pickleball and enjoyed the rooms overlooking the courts. Large clean room and great service as needed. Great get away with COVID adjustments as needed.

Greeley, Colorado 1 contribution. Get away. We love the plaza! This was our 2nd time staying here. The only thing I would say that we didn't like was that there was no bell service to leave our bags before and after check out.
